Chief Executive Officer
With over 15 years of experience in law, finance, and international commerce, he has led cross-border investment strategies connecting high-growth ventures with private capital across Europe, the Middle East, and North America. A seasoned advisor to family offices, private equity funds, and fintechs, he has structured impactful investments spanning infrastructure, real estate, and sustainable projects. Educated at LSE and IEB Madrid, he brings a blend of institutional insight and entrepreneurial drive to every venture.
Mikel Cabrera
Chief Operating Officer
Based in San Sebastián, Spain, Mikel Cabrera leads global operations and project sourcing with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach. With expertise in project finance and strategic execution, he combines sharp analytical skills with real-world experience to drive cross-border investments. He holds degrees in Business Management and Professional Insurance Management, and is fluent in Spanish, Basque, and English.
Ricardo Osorio
Chief Financial Officer
With over nine years in the UAE and a decade advising international businesses, he has a strong track record of guiding companies expanding from the Gulf to global markets—particularly the U.S. and Mexico. He holds master’s degrees in International Business (Hult, Dubai) and Financial Markets (IEB, Madrid), along with specialized training from Oxford and LSE in private equity, valuation, and capital markets. Fluent in English and Spanish, he is a trusted advisor for cross-border investment strategies.

Administrative Coordinator
Originally from Málaga, Spain, María brings precision, dedication, and warmth to her role as Administrative Coordinator at APEX. With a strong background in executive support, office management, and client coordination, she ensures the smooth running of day-to-day operations always with a focus on delivering impeccable service to our clients.
